The role of anodizing:

The principle of aluminum anodized film dyeing

Due to the high porosity and strong adsorption capacity of the anodized film, it is easy to dye. The dyeing method is to immerse the anodized aluminum workpiece in a solution containing dye immediately after cleaning, and the pores of the oxide film are dyed with various colors due to the adsorption of the dye.

Because of this method, the color is fast, the color is bright, and the operation is simple; after dyeing, the dye can be firmly attached to the membrane pores, which improves the anti-corrosion ability and anti-fouling ability of the membrane layer, and can maintain a beautiful color.
