Cleaning spray bottles labeling

In order to save costs, the packaging plastic bottles of cleaning products can choose to label the products if they have designated patterns such as flowers, grass, trees, animals, etc.

Labeling definition: Labels generally belong to self-adhesive materials, this method is also called the synchronous labeling method. When labeling, when the front edge of the label is attached to the package, it is completed by a labeling machine.

The label of the cleaner spray bottles is also divided into many materials, today we will talk about one of the material labels - Pressure Sensitive Label (PSL)

PSL pressure-sensitive labels are the most widely used, such as various bottle labels, electronic labels, supermarket price and barcode labels, labels used for transportation tracking, etc. The types of label surface materials mainly include films (including aluminized films), paper, and other special types. Among them, films mainly include PET, PE, BOPP, PVC, PC (anti-scratch electronic labels), and multi-layer composite structures; while papers mainly include coated paper, offset paper, and many special applications due to special needs. Paper; special categories include thermal transfer paper, thermal paper, etc. In practical applications, different surface materials can be selected according to different needs.

Like the main surface material of the film, its requirements for it are high stiffness, good printability, and die-cutting properties, good transparency and light refraction of the base film itself, and good adhesive properties of the adhesive. Usually, the base film needs to be corona treated before the adhesive is applied, and some even need a special coating. There are also some customers who will pursue some matte surface materials, white pearl film labels, etc. according to different effects.

For paper fabrics, many processes are relatively mature. Due to the large surface potential energy, various processes such as printing and bronzing are relatively easy. The author will not elaborate too much here. Many friends have little understanding of thermal paper and thermal transfer paper, so here is a distinction between the two. Thermal paper is coated with a colorless thermal coating on the surface of the paper. The thermal coating is mainly composed of a color former, a color developer, and a sensitizer. The coating will develop color in the heated part, and the display color is mostly black, and different display colors can also be designed according to different needs. Thermal transfer paper is a special paper specially made for ribbon printing. Its working principle is that the thermal head controlled by the computer directly contacts the heating point of the changing position with the ribbon. The ink melts and transfers to the substrate material. Since the substrate material has to accept the transfer of toner on the ribbon, its surface is required to be smooth and soft with good ink absorption. Film materials require corona treatment or coating treatment.

PSL labeling method is relatively simple, manual or mechanical labeling. Figure 1 is an overview of the PLS labeling process. At present, it can basically meet the needs of various printing processes, and some surface materials can realize the cold stamping process. In recent years, some people have begun to use the surface material of aluminized film to achieve the effect of high-brightness metallic texture, and with people's pursuit of product diversity, more and more new materials and process technologies will appear.
