The structure of the cold extrusion die
(1) The cold extrusion die is composed of a cold extrusion punch, tungsten steel, stripping die, feeder, and a vibrating plate.
The aluminum material is sent into the slideway through the vibrating plate, and into the tungsten steel through the feeding nozzle, and then goes down into the slideway through the cold extrusion punch, and is pressed with the tungsten steel to complete the forming of the product, and then the cold extrusion punch moves upward, and the material is removed. The board takes off the product covering the punch, blows compressed air into the chute, and completes the product storage through the conveyor belt.
(2) Cold punching: use material aluminum pellets.
It is formed by extrusion machine and mold at one time, suitable for cylindrical products or large-size products such as oval, square, and rectangular products.
