Production process principle of mini shampoo bottle injection and blowing
Injection blow molding process (IBM), that is, injection blow molding process. The principle of the process is to heat and melt the resin through injection blow molding equipment and inject it into the parison mold to form a parison, and then transfer the parison attached to the mandrel and have a certain temperature to another blow molding station mold. Then pass compressed air into the parison to inflate the parison, and then rely on the blow mold to cool and shape the required hollow product.
The formation of pump for 1-liter shampoo bottle-product bottle mainly goes through the following four core processes:
1. Resin plasticization and melting;
2. Injection parison;
3. Blow molding;
4. Product demoulding.
